About Dr. Yana Womack

Yana Womack, Ph.D. earned her doctorate degree in Humanities (Consciousness Studies) from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. She is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Medical Hypnotherapist, Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and is the founder of Repatterning Hypnosis.™ Her advanced studies in healing include: dreamwork, shamanism, counseling, Tibetan Buddhist practices, Holotropic Breathwork, sound healing, aromatherapy, Authentic Movement practice, Rosen Method, Qi Gong and Sandtray. She is the author of  “Guardians of the Gate: An Investigation of Numinous Presence, ‘Visions of the Divine,’ in Dreams" (Lambert Academic Publishers, 2009), a contributor to various health-related magazines including 'Spirituality and Health' and has been featured on CBS Channel 5, 'Eye on the Bay.'  

Yana sees clients for hypnotherapy and counseling at her office in the beautiful hills of the East Bay. She also offers lectures and workshops on various healing modalities including dreamwork, Swedish Massage, the Usui Reiki method and regularly leads pilgrimage tours to Kathmandu Valley in Nepal.
